After 13+ years working in corporate procurement and contracts on major capital projects for oil, gas and government customers, Shane decided to follow his dreams to the mountains where he is leveraging his commercial contracts experience with his ability to identify value in real property to work full time as an agent in southern Colorado.
He walks the walk too. His current portfolio of investment properties include both residential and commercial rentals, as well as alpine acreage and mining claims.
