Shane helped us find both of our rental properties, one in 2016 and one in 2017. Felt as though we closed with instant equity and with a little cosmetic updating they were/are both cash flowing strongly. Current valuations are almost too good to be true too, and as soon as we are ready to buy another we’ll be calling Shane.
